Its basically personality assessment. Similar to what other airlines do. You have a choice of two options that you agree with along a sliding scale. I think its designed to weed you out if have buried tendencies to ax murder your co workers...

Anyone heading to EAA next month, from their website the AA pavilion looks to be rather larger than most of the others attending and the WO all have separate stalls?
I know that there was a sign up sheet for PAPA curious if EAA will have something similar

Anything some random pilot tells you about something like this is pure conjecture. There is plenty of flying in BOS to expand the pilot base(add 320 base). AA seems content to just spend millions upon millions on hotels and DHs instead. Don't have numbers like I do for BOS but I'd wager a guess that there is a similar situation happening in PHX but the acft are reversed.

BOS Chief put out an update on 7/1. Boston Is going nowhere. A321 and A321xlr are going to be based in Boston all crews will be international qualified. It says not any time soon.
