Interview

What’s the general consensus for those that have an interview, is it yours to lose or are they being pretty selective with the CJOs? I hear it’s a pretty quick process with the CJOs going out at the end of the day.

If they’re handing out CJOs on interview day is there a pilot selection board present?

I think anyone interested in working at the big 3 should put their apps in no matter their qualifications. A very good chance of getting calls.

This. Degree, no degree. Checkride failures, clean record etc. Come one come all. Times are great for pilots right now. Right up until they aren’t.
