Hi guys, not an AA guy but interested... Looks like AA recently updated the application software used on pilot credentials and it looks like its full of bugs. Keeps deleting veteran question after you save an answer everytime. Also does not show a pilot personality test on there. Had an app in for over 5 years and would I have to take the personality test again since its not on there? It also deleted all my recommendations I had on file.

No idea about the personality test. Everyone's is deleted. And yes...lots of bugs. Ive emailed AA support many times. They have been prompt in getting back but not everything is fixed. My catches so far have been:
1) References Employer field defaults to '0' after you save.
2) All dates save, but show the day or month prior on your app when you go to check it on Print. Meaning, if you say you lived from May of 2015 to May of 2016 at an address, your app will show April 2015 to April 2016.
3) Availability dates shows day after what you enter. So, if you say your Availability is July 1, you have to enter June 30.
4) When checking your app, it shows a 'Term type' in the education section, but there is no term type section to fill in.
5) My recs were missing at first, then they showed up a few weeks after I emailed support.

Bugs 1 to 4 have still not been fixed. If I hear anything back, I'll post.

I'm also applying. Some other application sites have said that AA has hired a new company for their personality test.
(Take said rumor mill with a healthy dose of salt though)

No. They took the skills test down, then put it back up. I took it before they took it down and asked what is going on with it and whether or not I have to do it again. AAsupport responded with "we've had issues and are working it, we'll get back to you." So wait and see I guess.
