Won't supersede federal mandates, should those survive legal challenges.

Tenth Amendment

The regulation of aviation, airlines, and federal employees (ie contractors) is exceptionally well-established federal jurisdiction. Tilting at constitutional windmills will get you nowhere... IMO you need to find a weakness in the broad application of contractor status to all airline employees. Or distance this matter a great deal from Jacobson.

As the Federal Govt has said since the "New Deal".....constitution, smonstitution. If the FEDS were actually staying within their constitutional lanes, we'd have a vastly different Federal Govt than we already have in a multitude of facets of the American life.

Interstate commerce has always been the domain of the federal government. So I don’t know what on earth you are trying to say with that.

Complaining about government overreach while while preventing private companies from imposing their own mandate. Nice. How about no federal mandate and allowing private companies make their own requirements?

Already been decided and will go to the current justices for reaffirmation....

I think this is the way to go too personally....this still allows unions to bargain with their employers too....on a side note no mandate announced by FedEx, UPS, or Delta yet...anyone know why? Same goes for a bunch of regional, WO or not...

Even if a successful outcome happens with this mandate, I can still see the Federal government using the FAA as a way to backdoor forcing pilots into getting the jab... most likely in the form of denying a medical to pilots that don't have the vaccine.
