The regulation of aviation, airlines, and federal employees (ie contractors) is exceptionally well-established federal jurisdiction. Tilting at constitutional windmills will get you nowhere... IMO you need to find a weakness in the broad application of contractor status to all airline employees. Or distance this matter a great deal from Jacobson.

Interstate commerce has always been the domain of the federal government. So I don’t know what on earth you are trying to say with that.

I think this is the way to go too personally....this still allows unions to bargain with their employers too....on a side note no mandate announced by FedEx, UPS, or Delta yet...anyone know why? Same goes for a bunch of regional, WO or not...

Even if a successful outcome happens with this mandate, I can still see the Federal government using the FAA as a way to backdoor forcing pilots into getting the jab... most likely in the form of denying a medical to pilots that don't have the vaccine.
