AA cancels 230 flights, delays 600+

These cancellations and delays couldn't have had anything to do with the enormous line of severe storms that barreled through our largest hub/the entire central US, could it? Looks like it's actually cloudy with severe storms and 100% chance of delusional pilots.

Not FB specific. Vaccination/politics/rsv vs line holders. Too many factions. Now the flow throughs are getting hassled for having bonuses.
Get a better contract together. I don’t care about anything else my coworkers do.

I just hope people keep this stuff online and not in the cockpit. I think anyone can get along in the cockpit if we leave this stuff to the message boards or whatever

Leading up to being furloughed, the vitriol towards that group was sickening. The divide started growing before that, but the furlough was the final straw. I left the group around then.

I agree and that’s what gets me. I can understand everyones position and reasoning to be upset. The bidg problem is it’s us or nothing. We are currently seeing the fruits of nothing.

For some it's been 20 years on a bankruptcy contract. The twa guys can finally hold a left seat job right before they retire so they are trying to get something for themselves. The eagle flows got screwed for 10-20 years. The pdt and PSA newer flows have never known any better. The legacy AA guys I don't know that the deal is exactly. Maybe they are just used to having a garbage contract? Or maybe APA has no idea how to lead.
There's at least 5 "groups" here. No unity.
Our Union in the future whoever it might be branded needs to figure out a way to bring us all together. Like hire a pr firm or something to find a scheme to unify at least 4/5 groups.
I don't think we will have a contract to vote on for at least 3 years. Certainly not a contract with signing at least.
