I dunno that I’d say BTL is “falling apart”. With a lack of new hires, the best part of BTL- new hire mentorship and experience sharing- has mostly been non-existent. So now you have the same dozen or so people posting/*****ing constantly about the same BS over and over.

I'm one of them. Before I was furloughed the **** captains said was pretty callous. No sympathy. Just "I was furloughed too" and "you'll be a better person for it" bulllllshiiiiiiid.
One of my last trips the guy asked me to buy him coffee. Lmao.
I managed to land on my feet with a job offer a month and a half later. But I know not everyone was as fortunate. Rough times.

I’m sorry you had to fly with ANYBODY who told you those things. Yes, I was furloughed myself many years ago, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

They showed no increase in sick calls and a slight uptick in people actually picking up trips, so yeah, I think people who rely on data rather than blindly supporting conspiracy theories or made up narratives dismiss the “great sick out” as a myth. Feel free to enjoy your stories though.

well thanks. Now that I’m back I can. Buy a round or 2, and even a coffee. As for the cheese, I like the smoked Gouda. The moldy grapes on the other hand are good for throwing at the rampers when they forget the gpu. Hope to see you around.
