Actually, I imagine it's worse for guys that want to turn stuff off on the Airbus. Bid it and come fly with me.
Yeah, come fly the AB with me or any CA I ever flew with as an FO…zero f*(ks given about turning everything off.

No stagnation on the NB side. Good luck sitting at home on an unused reserve day- expect to be used on every available day. If you’re smart about it you’ll acknowledge that fact, try to bid 3-4 day reserve blocks in PBS, and then pick up premium 4-5 day trips over the footprint and be paid more to do the flying you would have done anyway. The company is pulling a Delta and trending towards more 4-5 day trips, which almost everyone hates, and then the company can’t staff them, so they end up having to break them up into turns and 1-1s. There are some red eyes at the end of a 3-5 day trip, pretty easy to avoid.

Earlier in the year classes had a lot of MIA drops on the 320. Now they vary a bit but every class has some Miami whether it’s 737 or 320. There will be a lot of movement as everyone tries to love where they want to be in the coming months.

I will tell you reserve right now is pretty busy, a lot of guys on reserve were telling me they’re getting used a lot and summer is still early! Trips vary from 1-5 day trips. Some international, the guppy does more of the Caribbean flying, but that moves around seasonally. Domestically it’s a mix of everything. You could be stuck in Florida doing FLL CLT MCO. Did a 3 days with nothing but MCO overnights or TPA or do a west coast stint.

The 737 by far has more Caribbean/Latin America. It does change month to month. But there are places the 737 performs better for performance and loads.

320 - BOG LIM SJO LIR PTY MEX CUN etc. Definitely feel like we do more domestic and across the US flying like MIA LAX SAN PHX. longer flights you don’t want to do on a 737. The NEO has stretched the legs for the fleet. I’m sure the XLR will go even further.
