Time frame response application publication?
 

Hi all,

just published my application on AA and wondering how long typically it took for you guys/gals to hear back with a response? I know on their credentials page it mentions it might take months due to the volume of apps that come in, but I was carious whether that maybe has sped up recently with all the hiring going on? If your application gets accepted do you typically receive an invite to an interview afterwards?? Any insight would be appreciated.

And highly depends - are you a 3000 hour fighter pilot or a 1500 pilot who just started at a regional?

yeah, my apologies. I found most the answers I was looking for. Just really excited and getting ahead of myself and was looking for recent updates since all this hiring stuff seems to be getting out of control lol

If you don't get a response within a few business days email recruiting and ask them what the hold up is, they like to see that.

you can email recruiting and CC the IT desk and complain about the response times and inefficient system. This demonstrates your ability to be a Captain and "speak up" when needed

in the end, they are hiring leaders
