Default AA vs DL/FDX/UPS/UAL

Looking for some helpful inputs. Already consulted the wife/ family and we are stuck.

I have CJOs with Delta, United, FedEx and UPS.

We live in central Florida and might consider a move to Minnesota one day.

Currently I have a class date with Delta in a few weeks.

My flow date is in 3-4 months. I’ll get to keep the 150k but money isn’t an issue tho.

Any inputs would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Take the flow money and jump ship for Delta. Move to MN and enjoy being based in MSP!

There's no reason to work for AA unless you
live in a base that doesn't exist at your other choices. MIA is not central Florida.

Take the first class date and don’t look back. You’ll make more than the bonus in your first few profit sharing checks at delta anyways. Unless you live in an AA base, all of the other airlines mentioned have more upside to them.

Out of that list if you don't take FedEx you're a fool.

Do your own research.

I'd choose FDX for better money, better QOL, pension, commutability, better flying, no pax, no stews...

WTH does "TORO" at the end of all your posts mean?

Where would you be in Minnesota? Would MSP still be a commute? I'd rather be in base at a passenger carrier than commute to UPS or FedEx, but if you're commuting no matter what, then those are great options as well.

Short term take the Delta class. The music could stop anytime and you want a chair when that happens. Bigger picture: you need to rank order your family’s priorities. Where does company stability, compensation, retirement benefits, healthcare benefits, likely commute, upgrade times, type of flying, etc rank? Answer those questions and it will be easy to rank order these job offers. Short term take the Delta class date. Long term leave for your higher ranked company when they offer a class (assuming you rank order one higher).

Good luck with your choice!

P.S. What’s a FAIP mafia member doing at a regional?

Thank you brotha! Appreciate your reply.

Got out in 2016 with low time then went to a wholly owned and took an AGR.
