Deja Vu? Not one of my sequences have tradable trips. Ohh, and I'm not working any holiday. It seems to me the company has been slowly tightening the Red/Red crap since July, worse every month.

I haven't been able to trade a single trip since last March. I have given up.

I was able to trade a couple of trips in September (then I willingly went back on Reserve in October). Admittedly, the trips were over the same footprint of days and of equal days. The trips I traded to just worked out better for me.

I can usually get 1-2 trips to trade via TTS or TTOT. But yes, it’s way more difficult than it used to be and the company is clearly doing it on purpose to have us spend negotiating capital to fix it.

TTST and TTCM work flawlessly, but we have a clueless pilot group that collectively doesn’t know how to use TTCM in particular (or too scared of the non-existent chief pilot bogeyman to do so).

kinda hard to know how to use TTCM as I’ve never heard of it.

All the PR you want but at this point you are just delaying a new contract.

Not saying you cant do PR because I am have done plenty of it but thats back when I could drop my schedule. I am aint working 80hrs of straight time and then helping this idiot managers get their xmas bonus by flying.

For any non-american pilots reading this.....Dont come here unless entrenched in the BIG hubs such as MIA, DFW, CLT...maybe PHX, PHL. Every other base can lose flying on a whim, just ask the DCA/LGA/LAX folks. ORD could go either way.

People always told me that the management hates the pilots and it has taken 5 years for me to believe it.

If you think that management at any airline loves their pilots then you are very mistaken and must be new to this industry.
