I would imagine this is because of the disruption in MAX deliveries while still taking 321s. There's something like 5 more 321 coming the remainder of 2022. Then zero Airbus until the XLR in 2024. 27 MAX are scheduled for delivery in 2023. I can't find any info anywhere about growth vs replacement plans, but I think some of the oldest narrowbody are 319/320. Current new hires might see a different result than those hired in 2021-22.
