You have no experience in the operation that they’re hiring you to do, but somehow fitting the demographics of 90% of the new hires is holding you back?

That is all. It is a reality I have to leave with it .
I’m a white male with no college degree that had CJOs at 2 legacies. The color of your skin isn’t your problem. Go get your application professionally reviewed and maybe talk to an interview prep company.

Tell that to the classes all year that were 95% white dudes.

Someone please doxx this guy so the recruiters can take him off the list. He's provided plenty of information to identify himself.

And this ooofff

you know you are right and I admit it, I was an ******* when I wrote those things. I admit I was wrong and I will suffer the consequences. Frustration took over me. I am sorry for those that felt attacked by my words. Like someone else above said, some people in my shoes have done it, so I should be able do the same.

SORRY all…

I commend you for this statement… most on here couldn’t/wouldn’t do what you did. Knowing when you are wrong and apologizing is a super power my friend. Keep your head up and I’m sure you will find what you’re looking for! Good luck!

Half your age plus seven.

(Or is that the equation for banging someone younger than you?)

A minimum of 10 years of active service as determined by your Company Seniority Date on the day you separate, and your age plus years
of service must equal or exceed 65.

We've all been there, and it can be very frustrating. Keep trying, and don't give up. Persistence will pay off.

Thanks for the reply! One last question, would time in service with a WO count towards that service?
