Ours are only 1.5 because we’re in section 6. It goes back to 1 when we get a contract. So yeah 1 to 1.95 is basically doubling. Please educate yourself.

lol, bro. APA is in Section 6 perpetually because they suck so bad. So yes dues are effectively going from 1.5 to 1.95. There are thousands of pilots on property who have never seen a 1% due.

BOD just voted to reduce the dues back to 1% this week. There is a 100 day waiting period as this is a change to the union rules.

Additionally, if individual properties (ie MECs) have excess funds, they are able to refund those funds to their pilots. It can lower the effective dues rate further.
