So the APA focused on that in negotiations. Meanwhile they didn't ask for **** with regards to sequence construction (ie, even split of 1,2,3,4 day trips and a smattering of 5 day trips) and they didn't ask for anything about trip trading and minimum green trips to drop. Super frustrating. While I see the importance of fixing RA's and RO, I find the latter set of problems far more important.

It shouldn't be one or the other. We should be collectively bargaining for both(all). I'm not a huge fan of ALPA but if APA doesn't have the resources to walk and chew gum at the same time, I know an association that does.

That said, the more people that post their trips the better chances everyone has of trading trips. I've been able to swap out of a decent amount, got rid of all my red eyes, and more seems to be available in my "N4TL".

So, if I understand this correctly. When I post my garbage 5 day trip, it can take up to 12 hours for it to be eligible for pickup, just so the most senior pilot can take a look at it?
