Updated March 2023:

-time to upgrade (NB & WB)
-average age of pilots
-total pilots per domicile
-current pay

Wait…. The flow guys get 401k contributions first year but everyone else doesn’t?

Yes, since they already completed a period of non contributions at their previous employer (some WO are 90 days etc.) as AAG employees.

And the flow guys get $100k bonus.

With the ca to fo disparity you would think done upgrades are coming soon.

There really isn't a disparity. If you break it down, there's about 1 WB captain per 2 WB FO and 1 NB capt per NB FO.

Great deal they are getting my regional paid 1% contribution would have loved to do that instead.

Delta JFK widebody less than 1 year. *really 757 CA that pays $10/hour more than an A321 and does 4 legs/day?*

Delta “WB” 7ERA is still a great gig, not trying to diminish that, but let’s keep the hysteria within reason.
