Trying to sign on now and it wants the old password and says to enter a new password. So is it fixed or this just another hack attempt? Any word that the reset process is approved by APA???

Who knows? Communication has been sparse, at best.

I can't sign in at all. I'm not convinced everything is restored yet.

I'd hold off on any sign-in attempt until APA sends an e-mail, and even then I'd not use my standard "Password1" as the new password.

Just signed in, it asked for an updated password. I created a generic one.

We continue to work to restore full functionality and services to our system. The process has been ongoing around the clock since this incident occurred on Monday morning. As reflected in the dashboard, we now have a majority of systems up and running.

The dashboard provides additional information as to the current status of most of our pilot-facing services and applications. As to those that have already been restored, you may still experience some delays or interruptions due to unanticipated issues. Please email [email protected] to report any issues you encounter.

We will continue to work to restore full functionality of all systems over the next several days.

We are also continuing to assess potential impacts, if any, to data, including member data. We appreciate your continued patience as we work diligently to complete the investigation so that we can provide you with accurate information.

Access to most of the website excluding the main splash home page is down. So, basically pointless to get in anyway at this point.

Unbelievable that none of this has been restored yet.
Can't check the reserve grid.
Can't look at hotels
APA is such a failed organization.

Is the pilot credentials.aa site also affected by this? When I try to sign in I just get the spinning wheel of death, then it goes back to an empty sign-in page.

AA moved away from them a while back. I was part of the lucky group who had their personal information stolen from AA pilot credentials and now the APA hack. Good times.

This probably isn't helping APA's case against the ALPA drive.

I've had all my credit reports frozen for several years. It's absurd how often all of our personal info gets dumped on the dark web.
