It doesn't mean we need to go to bed and wake up next morning thinking about AA and every single detail that needs to be improved, but if we don't act as a barrier, and if we don't "fight" management through our union (yes I know), then management would slowly get rid or everything they could get rid of, if it meant saving $1. So yes, we get paid a lot, but we still need to fight to keep it and/or improve things, not because we are greedy, but because otherwise management will do what they do best, screw the pilot group.

There is zero reason for AA to divert attention to something like this but yet people are actually upset about it and bring negativity to the job/working here because of it. I genuinely hope nothing ever truly bad happens in ones life to make them reframe their appreciation for having it really good before "the event". **** can get bad fast and your life can change on a dime. |
