Seniority Integration hearings ending today..
Any predictions as to when the new list will be presented?
Which group will be most pi55ed off?
How long after the list is presented until the first lawsuit is filed?
How long until the company implements the new list?

As an outsider to the process, I think they will use the Nicalou 1st, then integrate that with the current AA list. It's been over 2 years since our SLI and we've almost completely stopped fighting with each other over it.

9th(?) court ruling pushed everything back about 90 days but....no comment was made about the change to the 'ruling by' (Dec +90 days)
Guys in the know that I asked said they'd guess June (+/-). No one knows or if they do they're not talking.

Predicting the AA (senior) guys will be the most pi$$ed off because everyone wasn't stapled to their list.
Channeling my inner C&R.....but widebodies...career expectations...land grab...that is way we have always done it...got scam...coming in hot.

Well whatever the court ruling was on the Friday before the arbitrations was supposed to start on the following Monday. That was the three month delay.
