It wouldn't surprise me to see fresh new threats and intimidation to warm the hearts of the pilots and convince them everything is different this time from all the other times.

F them! They reap what they sow. I'm glad the AA pilots stood up and voted against what probably is the most toxic management/employee relationship in all of aviation. Management needs the employees on-board for a successful emergence from Ch11, and this clearly shows that the pilots have re-affirmed their no-confidence vote in the current management. They have "kicked-the-can" too long!
