ENOUGH!
WE DON'T CARE!
Why don't you start your own little thread for your east/west p!ss whining. We promise, we wont even open it. Or better yet since there is only about six of you, man up and meet in a parking lot somewhere and see how your name calling goes when you aren't typing to a stranger on a web board.
The real losers are people who let anger ruin their lives. I pity your families. Whichever contract you are under you are a healthy (if you are working) highly paid American. Celebrate, don't you have a kid to play with, a motorcycle to ride, volunteer work to do or even a book to read?

For some reason that word seems to strike a cord with you east types. Now I know you are gone and out of it so congratulations on that end. Yes fully aware of the Ansett deal but having trouble finding any of those names on the master scab list. James Ray is another story all together.

Now I dont know about you but I can certainly tell you that the divide as viewed by the west is as wide as the pacific ocean. There is no way now that we will ever have unity between east and west. We dont support east and they dont support us. We barely tolerate cross jump seating. I have flown many a trip between PHL and SAN and the tension in the cockpit is obvious. This all could have been avoided but for the east and their overwhelming greed.

My long lost mother once told me that the only words that hurt are the ones that are true. The scab terms seems to hurt many in the east. How else do you refer to individuals that go back on their word, destroy a union to put in their union run by them?? I cant think of another term that properly fits, can you?

Cool

WD...You couldn't recognise a SCAB, if he kicked you in the A$$!! Your group has gone on the record ,numerous times, that they/you would cross a USAPA picket line at the drop of a dime...It says a lot about the CULTURE of your pilot group...

I had vowed to not answer you anymore but I think that would not be prudent. The west by majority does NOT recognize usapa as a true union. We view it as an organization that was built upon the principle of destroying west careers and to circumvent a binding arbitration award. The C&BL's are designed to marginalize the west in almost every aspect. Once usapa invalidated a pilot vote due to the fact that it became a minority, it lost any west pilots that were willing to give it a shot. West BPR are merely window dressing and it shows in every single vote.

I have no respect for usapa on any level and to me they will forever remain the lowest form of lowlife there is. Don't even attempt to travel down the path of CULTURE here jr. The east group by far and large tore apart a valid union to destroy an entire pilot group and you have the gall to talk about the culture of our group??? Yeah you run with that belief. Usapa's time is running out and that debt will be paid.

My most sincere apologies to you and the APA group CUBGUY. It is d a m n hard to sit here and read east spew and not make every attempt to shine a very bright light on their garbage. I know that you know very little about our situation and frankly why should you? The rest of the industry is isolated somewhat from the goings on at other carriers OTHER THAN when a new contract is ratified.

I will make ever attempt to not continue this however I can not make that a promise. There are a couple here that insist on being the east voice on why they should not have to honor their agreements. It these people that I am combating. Again my apologies.

Apology accepted.
Fight all you want if thats what rings the bell for you, but for God sakes, please do it on your own thread created for that purpose. Most of us would enjoy a professional environment to share career concerns, rumors and yes, hope for a promising future.

According to the Ninth, there is no harm until the contract is ratified. So first you have to accept and ratify the contract including the NIC, then you can claim that you were harmed. Until then, there is only potential (although anyone with a 4th grade education can see through the phony prophecy that the Nic will actually have any effect on an active pilot as of 2007).

Now there are 1800 west pilots who have truly been harmed by the delay of a joint contract withheld solely by the small group that influences the east pilot group through lies and intimidation. The furloughed pilots should not have had superseniority over working AWA pilots, but that is exactly what the corrupt fake union called USAPA has done. Eventually justice will prevail. I am thinking that will likely be in the form of an assessment of damages against the east pilot group.

Agreed, but what would you define an AWA pilot floating into CLT or PHL as the number 1 A330/B767 captain as?
