21 days to start and for the first 5 years. Goes up one day per year after the first 5 years. 31 days after 15 years.

This is something that the Neg. Comm. needs to propose for the JCBA.

AA Green Book rates..We need to be brought up to speed on this. I suspect the road shows will encompass an explanation of ALL areas of the APA cba, as modified by the 2012 cba.
Go to the USAPA site and select "Merger Library". There you may download a copy of the APA 2012 cba(Green Book). All the questions you seek might be found there..

New hire pay? IMO, anything less than United/ Delta is unacceptable.

think I saw rsv at 73hrs. Max of 85/month. Premium pay, it looked like sched. can flag sequences or partials for premium which pays 50%premium over base rate.

All I saw on 1st yr pay, is pilots would be paid a daily hourly rate of 40.00

New hire pay is the equivalent of 6 year regional FO pay—40 an hour + 14% DC = $45.60 + Per diem... So just south of $48.00.

Attrition at AA/LCC should help average out first year pains, but this contract is actually a pay cut for first year E190 FOs at US Airways.
