There is no long call at all?? What is the call out time?

That is still being cover by the three respective CBAs. It won't change to one system until later this year, I think, I'd have to look at the timeline. I think there is still some tweaking left to go in the new system.

Any update to this? What are the new reserve rules going to be at usair?

Per the MOU:

73 hour reserve guarantee with max of 85hr/mo
12/13 days off per month (30 or 31 day month)
Callout is "reasonably available by ground transportation"

no more short or long call?

I don't think so...at least it doesn't say anything about long/short in the MOU...

This was discussed at length on another thread, but I'm pretty sure the rules will be based on AMR green book 2012 which states long call is at schedulings discretion...which means never? I really hope this is addressed during JBCA. I like the US systems of bidding long/short better with the West rule of 12 hour call out. I would even like DL's systems of on X (6 maybe?) number of short days per month then the rest is long.
