Usapa has the always had the highest dues of any independent union. It's expensive to not represent your pilots

I can't remember Cacti, which east USAPA jihadist said that? I remember the discussion when he said they could steal our seniority through negotiations with management. I don't know what's more disturbing, the utter lack of integrity or the utter lack of intelligence.
