Just came across CNBC and a few other news sources on my iPad. No further details yet. Anyone know?

Why do they always seem to wait until close to end-game to do this. Anybody else feel like the government is a broken machine?

I predict it will go through.

Since it is a civil lawsuit, I expect the lawyers will come up with arrangements to satisfy the states that are suing as well as the federal government.
