If there is a settlement to be reached, it will happen very close to the date of the trial. With 500k in legal fees being billed out per day, any sort of "agreement" will be close to the trial.

They've been throwing the casual, we're open to talks around since they filed their big mega lawsuit. I think this is one article taking the comment to far. I think more important is the trial date.

No, no, no... This means that a settlement has already been reached, and they're just finishing up the paperwork... Yahooooooo, everyone go out and start spending that retro.... (I heard it in the school house today, so it MUST be true...) :D
Okay, that was sarcasm for anyone that missed it. After all, I was just accused of being an eternal pessimist today for making comments exactly like you wrote above.
Hopefully tomorrow we will get a better idea of what is to come...
