100.If you are the FO or FE and you discover a broken component during the preflight, what would you do?
101. If the flight engineer, captain or first officer are doing something you don't like,what would you do?
102.You are the captain and it?s the first flight for you flight engineer. What do you say and would you watch him or her closely?
103. Would you have a problem flying nights or working odd hours?
104. What will be the most challenging part about working for American?
105. Fire in cabin after going missed approach on an ILS with alternate 30 minutes away. What would you do?
106.Brief this approach. What are the minimums? VDP?
107. When would you start your descent from FL300 to land at San Juan? What things would change that?

1.5 hrs. Maybe slightly longer. Started every two hours. Bathroom break, paperwork, quick snack, etc, etc for the interviewers keeps the interview slightly shorter.

How did you get these questions? Are you in the hiring department? Did you interview and some how remembered all questions asked? Please tell us.

I was hired in 2001. Those are the questions that I got from my buddies at AA to prep for the interview. They used to be posted on a site called, "willflyforfood.terrashare.com" (no www.) that does not exist anymore.

I was moving recently and I found this list of questions in a box. I had printed them out back in the day. I scanned them and uploaded them on here.

I have no idea if they will use these questions, but it is at least a starting point. Once the interviews get going, there will be a lot more information available. These are pretty standard interview questions, so it can't hurt you to come up with answers for them.
