What a sham that either company should have to divest in slots. That said, expect both to pay dearly in valuable slots to make this happen.
Its simple, while the combined company cannot afford to relinquish slots, at this stage neither can affort not to. Hopefully we can overcome these disadvantages with other strengths...if there is anything good left afterwards.
