call me when something actually happens, it's stil the same song and dance from both parties. I still think this won't settle from giving up a few dca slots and as easily as everyone thinks it will. Holder pretty much reiterated that yesterday. They want massive concessions and it may get to the point where it's just not worth it to merge.

way to be pessimistic CanoePilot:p. This is just big talk again from the DOJ. Too much Wall St. money to derail this thing IMO.

I feel if it were just about DCA slots they would have settled by now.

I think it will definitely settle on or before Nov 25th. Less than 3 weeks to go.

A few twitter Wall St rumors say that FL Attny General will announce settlement today.

This. I don't get it. And its always via the same source. Literally all 68 of his posts are posting/starting threads with zero discussion from him; only posting links to leveragedloan articles about the merger....and always a couple days late behind the discussion already happening.

EC willing to accept divestiture of 1 slot at Heathrow, what's the precedent, does that indicate DOJ action on any of this?
