AA + US combined retirements
I'm trying to compile a list of combined retirements. I started with the information on each airline's individual profile but the US data doesn't go beyond 2025 and the AA data doesn't go beyond 2033.
Can any current US Air and American bubba provide those numbers through 2048? PM if you'd like. Thanks, Kid |
I'm on the US side. Mark me down for 2042 but I may go earlier if the numbers work out.

Why 2048? I hope you aren't someone born in 1983 trying to figure out where you stand at age 65? Aviation changes way too much to get any prediction of several years let alone several decades.

If I was at Delta right now, I'd retire #3 because there are only 2 pilots already at Delta younger than I. It still doesn't mean much because so much could happen in 30-35+ years from now.
Jackie moon, it seems you have already been hired at US in Fall 2012. Your questions will all be answered in due time once the SLI is out. It's an interesting gauge and a good worst case scenario sans crazy merger. I'm almost 1000 numbers ahead of where the age 65 calculator showed me being with our current combined list. |

Kid - the youngest guy currently on property is 36 yrs old. He'll be #1 when he retires in 1942.
You'll do OK. |
