Does it matter when recalls come on property?
I know the actual integration will probably take years, maybe decades, but I have a question about McAskil Bond, and seniority integration itself. If an AA recallee waits too long to accept recall (waits till the May 2016 date), and the integration begins before that, can he or she end up lower when SLI happens with airways compared to if he or she takes it earlier? What is the actual date that the pilot should be sure to be on property? Is it the December date that the airline became one? Part of me thinks wait till the last minute to go back more senior, but on the other hand, this could be shooting myself in the foot?

I wrote the merger committee two weeks ago with that very question. When was the seniority snapshot and are the APA and USAPA in agreement on that date? Haven't gotten a response...
