Additionally - once booked through myIDtravel on American , how do I get an eticket number? All I had was the booking reference. I wonder if is a browser or website glitch. I was asked for the $2 fee once (out if four times) since I posted this. The latest glitch I ran into is the jumpseat phone number which sometimes forwards you to the regular reservations number. Weird.

I must have booked a hundred jumpseats on AA on that myidtravel and have never been charged a fee. I'll have to look out for that.
