Bidding while on MIL leave at USA

I'm currently on MIL leave and will be for the first 7 days of June, I will then be back to work for the rest of June. When I looked at the bid results this morning I was not awarded anything (nor was another pilot that is also on MIL leave. My first choice of reserve block was given to a pilot that is junior to me.

Does anyone know what the procedure is for bidding while on mil leave? I called future scheduling, who told me to call the USAPA scheduling committee. There is no answer there. Are they the right folks to talk to?

Any insight is appreciated.

OK, maybe not enough mil guys here to get my answer. So let me just ask, is the USAPA Scheduling Commitee the correct office for me to call? Do they award the bids? I was sort of surprised by that. I figured this is a company function not union, but I'm new.
