More AA reserve info for USAir pilots

I worked 13 day in June on reserve.
On a Tues morning the 19th I heard my phone go off. I got up and they offered premium pay for a daytime GRU trip. I called back. She said since I was on days off for 2 of 3 days I'd only get half the premium pay. I said OK and flew the trip.
the way our reserve system works is your flt time on reserve is GTD greater to date. On a premium trip you do not get credit for flying on your days off GTD. I knew this.
But I should have got 1 days credit GTD for Thurs the 21st a regular reserve day ON.
I did not.
I landed at 6pm on the 21st. In the morning of the 22nd I get a call from CS saying i'm junior manned for a Turn. An SDQ 777 turn.
I asked her where my GTD for the day before was. She was clueless and said i'd have to call paycomp. I was polite and gentle and explained (since she was new to CS) that I didn't mind flying this turn, but if following our contract that another pilot should be called.
I flew the turn.
I called the union. Our contract admin guys are usually very good on the phone.
After explaining to him what went down, he asked "What do you want? are you trying to get extra pay, cause you're not gonna get it?"
I said "I want this fixed, it's been in our contract for 1.5 years. Fix it or let people know"
I flew 68 hours on reserve last month.
I think one other guy was 73:18.
I predicted in another thread I would fly alot.
One of the biggest problems with AA reserve is that you're supposed to get credit for planned absences, clearly we are not.

I went 26 days without flying in a row on short call between May and June and then only flew because I asked for a trip to be bought.
Long calls on the Airbus seem to work about 30 hours, short calls about 15-20 hours. I did see there was one R reserve FO on the AB in PHL who didn't work the entire month of June.

For the USAir pilots:
I just got off the phone with Pay/Comp that is whom you will call with pay issues.
I asked will I get my premium pay for reserve trip on days off last month ABOVE reserve guarantee of 73 (last month 74) she said "Oh yeah!"
I said "well it doesn't show it" she says "Oh Tulsa has to do that!"
I say "OK, where's my GTD for the 22nd?" She says" it's in there" I respond "It wasn't put in until 3rd of July"
I very nicely and politely asked her to report it (LOL suggestion box) so we can get this fixed.
Tulsa. Huh.
Get ready for Chief pilots that do not understand the reserve system.

Since we're talking AA reserve: dumb question perhaps, but what is the difference in the codes for added reserve flying - RF vs JM vs JU? I've seen them all for days I've been assigned while on reserve.

JM means Junior manned, you did not have a choice.
JU means you haven't called them back to confirm or thru HIRPB
RF mean you had a choice. You could have passed or you had your pick of several trips.
I have a couple buddies that'll call and say why'd you take that trip?
I usually say I had to, it was FO versus FB.
777 logging of landings in airplane has to be done "just right" If you do it wrong, the CA gets credit for your landing. You could go into the company computer (DECS) at home and log your landing OR just go to the sim every 3 months like I do.
Even when properly logging landings on the 777 they just don't go thru.
RO is recovery from cancellations.

Does anyone know if the LAA contract provisions apply to LUS short call reserve pilots so that we can volunteer to fly on days off for pay above guarantee? If so, do you choose a RAP to take, can you decline an assignment, etc? Any LUS guys done this yet? Our contract help desk sent me the applicable paragraphs in the LAA contract but as we know not all provisions have been implemented yet. Thought I would check here before calling scheduling to see what they say.

Update. I'm a junior 73 CA MIA. Including June I've had Premium every month. I fly quite a bit.
Not complaining...To go from 777 to 737 everything was effortless on the 777 to manual on the 73, is an adjustment.
If anyone has reserve Q's feel free to ask. I'm livin it!
