I'm still confused when I get in a west plane! I have 3 different payroll, gadget, whatever numbers!

Funny, west pilots always seemed to be pleased that we were different until the MOU.

You can stop right there, one entity one management. That is the date arbitrators recognized on the UAL/CAL seniority award, EVERYTHING after (united furloughed while continental hired) was not accepted by the arbitrators.

Yeah, I think the arbitrators will recognize 2005 positions for usairways pilots and then plug us in to American using the cal/ual model. Whats cactus one saying?

BTW cal/ual were done using ALPA merger policies, ours is going to be a free for all and the arbitrators will have a wide range of authority. I would guess relative position with fences on 330,350/777,787 for a period of 5 years

Ours is being conducted under Allegheny-Mohawk LPP, only restrictions are in the MOU, no bump no flush etc.

which allow the parties to argue whatever they want and don't hinder the arbitrators like the Alpa rules do. The arbitrators in our case can consider whatever they please.

Did that UAL/CAL SLI give some consideration to LOS to furloughed guys? think I remember hearing something about that.

How is that in any form the same ideals as the NIC?
