Based on the recent information--the relatively old Single Transportation System Declaration, The new PA, and the memo that has the timeline from various events--has anyone gone through and put actual dates or windows where we can expect things to happen?

Examples--Aug 8 STS declaration started clock for decertification on or near 8 Sep--or a call for a vote that will be completed in 45 days or Oct 28th is...

It looked to me like the end of 2015.

I wouldn't put too much stock in those timelines. For example, per the mou the PA was supposed to be complete by POR+30 and direct SLI negotiations were supposed to be completed by POR+90.
