PHX or CLT flying?

PHX or CLT flying?
Hello all,
I am a new hire and just received my class drop for my Sept 27 start date. I live in Fort Worth and will request to be based there at the earliest opportunity. I understand that will occur quickly, but in the meantime I need to select a base to commute to. I have a few thousand hours in Boeings, but none of the 737 bases are attractive to me. I am looking at PHX or CLT for the easy commute, single airport coverage and cheap/easy crash pad availability.
With that said, are either of those bases commuter friendly as far as schedules go?
I'll take any and all advice concerning my selection.
Thanks for the help, I can't wait to get started, wherever that may be!

You’ll be able to get DFW, most likely 737, in 6-9 months. A year max. 320 probably the same. So I’d bid for whatever provided the easiest commute with one airport to cover. A lot of people think this is PHL. Perhaps bid LGA 320 and then hold PHL 320 before you’re even done with training to bide your time until you get to DFW.

Not sure if they changed it back to that policy, but when I was a new hire they let people still in training participate in MBE.
