Where to find Vacancy Bid Results? (LAA)
 

Hey guys,

Quick question from a new guy. When and where are the vacancy bid results usually posted? I see a post on AAPilots on the home page and also one in HIDIR but no "preliminary" from the recent bid that closed the 8th. This is for the LAA side.

aapilots. Personal and profile. My Vacation Information. Slide down the vacation page and the awards by base, a/c, and seat are in the bottom right corner.

I appreciate that, however I was inquiring about the "Vacancy" Bid. The one we would use to change seat/equipment etc.

My bad. That normally closes Friday at 16:59:50. In other words 10 seconds before the weekend starts. It takes 10 seconds to hit enter and get out of the office before the phone calls start.

It typically takes five business days from the closing of the award for the preliminary awards to be published. Rarely sooner, sometimes longer.

It will be in HIDIR first. The one on aapilots isn't posted until later(after it's final???).
