Code 59?

Can anybody share more info on this? If you sit at the gate, door open, because of an mx issue, are you then eligible for code 59? How much would you get paid?

If you are sitting at the gate waiting on maintenance then you are not ready for departure, so therefore you are not legal to put in for this delay.
