What's West min duty credit?

Solution:

It's in open time right? Let reserves fly it and don't pick it up. That way they burn manpower for nothing trips. Just saying.

Didn't PHX vote almost 95/5 YES? If there ever was a base who couldn't complain, it's them.

As for not implementing the contract items, it's horse ####.
Last I heard the "min pay per duty period" is not scheduled to be implemented until PBS... sometime in 2016.

I agree, its horseSh1T, but "we" said "yes".

Anyone that doesn't realize the APA made everyone and independent contractor... they ain't paying attention.

Follow the FM, the OM, and the contract. Live long and prosper.

I've got mine, just like you taught me.

The actions of this pilot group will soon be even MORE restricted after what happened with GermanWings. Embrace it because we've earned it with all the lawsuits, the name calling, the $300 bottles of "whine" and the backstabbing.

Enjoy the ride.

BTW American pilots read your CBS messages and be warned: Dissemination of SSI to UNAUTHORIZED personal is a federal offense.

How you act and comport yourself both in public, in uniform and in the cockpit will be heavily scrutinized so do yourselves a favor and FOLLOW THE SOP'S THE COMPANY HAS ESTABLISHED. THEY ARE APPROVED BY THE FAA. Consider this a public service announcement for the radical pilots here and elsewhere.

Good luck.
Your an idiot. Man up and respond.

Uh....man up and respond? To what?

That he/she has an open ended contract that the Compamy has Carte Blanche to implement? I mean, that's what the complaint was about.

Really?

Hey, why don't YOU run for union office and show us how it's done?

Remember LOA93 3% in 2010. Parker did not honor it or implement it. This is really no different. This is America West management running American.

From my recollection, LOA 93 went to an arbitrator and he found that there was no raise to be given. Sounds like there was poor language or no evidence to support the raise. Blame it on your union for that.
