I wonder if the arbitrators will take into consideration AA was the one in bankruptcy? I am sure APA used that against their previous merger partners.

Look at the west's witness list, both involved in amr bankruptcy.

APA saw the same potential to exploit the east's willingness to jettison unity with the west, that Parker has enjoyed for 10 years. If USAPA had known the value of unity, perhaps APA would have viewed the LUS pilots as a force to be reckoned with instead of a group that weakens itself in order to perpetuate a civil war.

We should refer to the APA list as the Bradford List.

They want their furloughs ABOVE a few thousand pre-merger east, west and third listers. The only "AA" guys integrated into the list were the eagle flow hired AFTER the merger.

Not surprised the AAholes are trying to pull their staple job again. Good thing for the rest of us they won't be able to do it this time.

The west proposed list is probably more reality based, at least towards the bottom of the list.
Didn't those eagle guys have mainline numbers already? Like 800 of them or something? I get lost and confused when people talk about eagle flows.

I think they had numbers but never started class. In essence furloughed before hired I imagine

I'm enjoying a lot of irony this morning.

Now funny thing is usapa forgot all about doh and has me junior to east pilots hired almost a full year after me, what happened to the gold standard? Thanks for admitting you were wrong, I've been telling a bunch of you for the last year that USAPA didn't have to, and wouldn't, use DOH.

Except for starting with the NIC the west committee list pretty middle ground. Thanks to the west for DOH and DOB info.

I'm sure they will, but in doing so they will analyze the specifics of THAT bankruptcy and not necessarily apply a blanket indictment of being in bankruptcy itself. AA's chapter 11 filing was strategic in nature and it was in little danger of significant jeopardy. TWA's bankruptcy for example was a totally different financial animal and most agree that carrier was on the verge of liquidation.
