Sooooo, not a flow through. Former 121 now fractional, 8000ish TT, 4000 PIC, 650 PIC TBN, GV, CL350, CE560, BA4100 types. Odds look OK or doth I dream pointlessly?

Very few street-new-hires this year, 25 to be exact. Your odd are just as good as any other civilian with around the same times. Hopefully once the recall are all back it will open up some additional slots for civilian street hires. AA does not require a degree but not having one lowers your chances to near zero.. Keep updating your online app and network, network, network, network.... good luck man!

Doubt it, these clowns are unable to fly an airplane like real pilots. Most of their training is to be new age autopilot managers- hence why they allowed themselves to get slow and hit a sea wall.

Funny you said that, I was flying the sim with auto pilot off and my partner goes, why did you turn the auto pilot off? I was like this is a sim and it's practice. Plus I am a helicopter guy.

Hand fly the airplane, F/D off

Use the A/P in the sim, usually other stuff going on in there
