Sim Instructors

Two part question I guess......

Does AA have/keep any sims in Phoenix (i.e. old America West sims) and if you do, do you use non-seniority list guys?

Ferd <-----really tired of commuting:D

Ferd,
Take your resume over to FSI in LGB and I'm pretty confident you'll be gainfully employed quicker than you can answer the age 'ole queston...." When can you start?"

Also try FSI TUS or Allegiant at LAS.

Any insight into this opening? Pay, benefits, schedule, QOL? Non-seniority list I'm assuming?

Non-line pilot. Approx. 20 days/month. About 6.5 hours/day. Current as of 2 years ago. Good luck.

Thanks guys. Yes, too bad about the PHX training center, I figured that would be too good to be true.

Driving down to TUS wouldn't be too bad....thanks for the info!!

Just out of curiosity...If you had the hours and all the other prereq's would being a sim instructor be an avenue to joining the line after a few years?
