I know times are gloomy and don’t know when American will be hiring, but I’ve been trying to keep my application updated. Does anyone have any tips on how to pass this Organizational Fit Assessment? I failed it apparently a second time and have no idea what they are looking for? Seems silly to fill in all this information on the application just to end up failing the assessment.

Honestly man, just answer the questions. Test is looking for patterns. Be yourself and answer every question the way YOU would answer them. Don’t try and answer how you “think” AA would want you to answer. Took the assessment in 2014 so I don’t know if it’s the same. Good luck man! Hope to see you on property soon!

What stinks is that you have to wait 6 months before retaking it. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm!

I do remember feeling like the errors were enough to steer folks away from paying for the "convenience" of having to double check the computer's work
