As much as we'd all like that, I think it's wishful thinking only. I'd be shocked if the company agreed to that (but happy).

I think the guy you were flying with needs a drug test.

If that was the case I would think they would make E190 group 2 then first! I think about half the guys would stay on it if it was group 2 pay.

I'd be open to a UPS Style blended payscale. Then guys can bid for QOL and not chase the payscale.

I think the other part of that post on C&R was that EVERYONE would now be Group 3, with CURRENT Group 4 grandfathered in.

Ummmmmm, EFFFFFF that. So much for those of us wanting to be lifers as a group 4 FB/FC in a few years.

If you want only one pay band, let's make sure it's at UPS + rates, and that by helping the company out (which we would be doing), we get 6 hour min day and 5:10 reserve day at 15 days a month.

Latest "crew news" - A350 still coming. With the companies new plan to limit the number of various WB fleet types in our hubs, I can only wonder where it may go?

DFW and/or MIA, my guess. Also first time I thought I heard some doubt about them coming.
