I've tried all the google-fu I know and still haven't managed to turn up a specific audio clip I once heard in a recurrent class years ago.

Situation was an AS flight into Juneau that got cleared for a visual and ended up going missed while in the pattern or thereabouts. ATC had to scramble to give him missed instructions, which I believe he states there aren't any once on a visual. One of the pilots gets on the radio and asks for some help due to extenuating circumstances (terrain clearance).

I think it's a very good case study and would appreciate any leads. Cheers

Yes, but without a specific flight number or exact timeframe it makes narrowing this down difficult. I have however emailed them the question.
