Does anyone know if Envoy offers the same $22,000 Retention bonus for the RTP like Piedmont and PSA? Couldn't find this anywhere on the website for the RTP. Thanks

You're confusing two different payments. The RTP cost payments and the sign-on bonuses.

As an Envoy RTP kid, you will get $23k to pay towards your fixed-wing flight training requirements. You wont see it, it will just go to Coast Flight Academy, and then you fly your ass off without ever seeing the bills.

After you complete there, on your first day of indoc at Envoy you will receive $17,100. Then you'll do aircraft/base selection... and as long as you choose anything BESIDES the 175, you'll get another $5k.

So, you get $23k + $17.1K + $5K = $45,100

[EDIT: Envoy has recently started issuing that $17,100 payment to RTP kids while still in time-building at Coast, to help with costs if the initial $23k does not cover everything you need]
