I got ICL vision correction surgery several years ago.

Would this disqualify me from becoming a commercial pilot(airline/cargo) in the US?

*ICL vision correction is implanting implantable contact lenses in your eyes; often used as an alternative to LASIK vision correction surgery for permanent vision improvement

I think it would be fine as long as each eye is corrected to at least 20/20 individually, and can be corrected to at least 20/40 for near vision.

I assume you could use glasses for near vision like everybody else, and may be able to use glasses to "fine-tune" your distant vision.

You'll have to ask an AME authorized to issue first class medicals to get a definitive answer.
