Now that the election is over with, time to elect positions within the MEC for your newly elected reps.

Feel free to ask questions and info, again I encourage you to go and get on the cpz.alpa.org and utilize the forum there to ask questions and get to know your new reps.

Only 90 pilots voted while 618 were eligible.

SkyWest might not have a union, but when the turnout is THAT low it shows that Compass pilots in general don't care about the union.

And you wonder why the company treats the contract like TP. If everyone was holding the company accountable they'd have a harder time abusing it.

Eh, the problem is half the people I talk to here don't even remember their ALPA login. They don't care about the union until the contract is getting violated. (ps people - really easy to reset the password on your ALPA login to be able to go vote, etc.)
