So makes me wonder....are the foreign carriers required to observe the "no lone pilot rule", while flying in US airspace., ,,, at least they got the gear up.

Unfortunately the female pilot will lose this battle regardless who caused the fight, there must a 3rd party investigators to have some neutral verdict, to see someone loses a hard earned flying career is pitiful especially if being bullied.

Always had two people in the cockpit when I was flying in Asia. Similar procedures as we have for FAR 121 operators when leaving the cockpit for a psysiological break.
