Hi Pilots,

I don't have the 100 hours night and 500 hours X-country time (68 nights and 405 X-country). Wondering where can I look for pilot jobs in Philippines and how easy it is to get an interviews. If your dream is to "retire" to flying in the PI, I think the idea and the reality are on opposite ends of the universe. From the airline side, with your (low) experience you would have difficulty obtaining even a first officer position without first self funding a type rating or signing a long term training bond. Even if you did this, and then were able to navigate the tangled web of getting hired as a first officer at a place like Cebu Pacific or P.A. the pay for first officers is so low (advertised around $2000) with zero quality of life. At your age it is doubtful you'd ever see a command.
